A Sweet and Smart Playroom by Four Little Pigs
When it comes to kids’ interiors, few spaces are as full of possibility as a playroom! And this one, designed by UK-based studio Four Little Pigs, is as delightful as it is development-focused. Bright, whimsical, and carefully curated to support child development, the room is a playful dream come true! Designed for endless fun and exploration!
At the heart of the project is our Ice Cream wallpaper, which sets a joyful and colorful tone for the space!
But beyond the aesthetics, this room was created with intention. As the designers explain:
“Playrooms are where all the magic happens! We especially love ones that focus on developing gross motor skills – so important for kids’ growth! From climbing and jumping to balancing, it’s all about boosting their coordination, strength, and confidence.”
With climbing structures, soft play areas, and spaces that encourage movement, the room is more than just beautiful — it’s a space designed to help kids thrive. Gross motor development doesn’t just build strength; it enhances posture, focus, and even social skills. One jump, stretch, and tumble at a time, kids grow more confident and connected to their bodies and environment.
