SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday), except during peak periods when processing times may be longer.

  1. Customs Duties

    Please note that customs duties and taxes for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and must be paid to the courier upon delivery. For orders placed outside the EU, the minimum amount exempt from import duties may vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

  2. Delivery Times

    In-stock items are delivered in approximately 5 business days.

    Wallpapers, which are made to order, take around 15 business days for delivery within the EU and around 20 business days for deliveries outside the EU. Please make sure to add this handling time to the shipping time when planning your order.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package throughout its journey.

If your package arrives damaged or opened, please contact us within 24 hours and we will follow up with the courier company on your behalf.

Returns

  1. Returns
    You can return your order within 30 days from the date it was received.
    To request a return, please email us at hello@mooui.com.
    Items must be in perfect condition and have all original tags attached.
    Send the product in the original packaging or in a securely sealed box to the following address: Carrer Manuel de Falla 25, Tienda Mooui - Sarrià, 08034, Barcelona – Spain

  2. Refunds
    Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the items, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

  3. Customs Policy
    We do not issue refunds for items held or returned by customs authorities in the destination country.

  4. Defective Items
    If you received a defective item, please contact our team at hello@mooui.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  5. Exchanges
    If you’d like to exchange a product, we kindly ask you to follow the return process first. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

  6. Exchanging Gifts
    Received a Mooui gift and want to request an exchange?
    Please send a photo of the item and its tag to hello@mooui.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
