MOOUI BRASIL reserves the right to revise and modify the Terms and Conditions at any time.
Spanish legislation will apply to all orders placed on our website as well as any action taken in regard to the Terms and Conditions. The resolution of any disagreement is subject to the Spanish courts in Barcelona.

MOUI CONFECÇÕES LTDA is the owner of the www.moouibrasil.com website and its contents, including trademark, characters, designs, images, codes, scripts and documentations. All material included in the website are protected by intellectual property. Reproduction, modification, republication and/or redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited without the express written consent of MOOUI BRASIL. We will take legal action in the case of any such violations.
PLACING AN ORDER
To place your order, select the products and the quantities you want to buy and add them to the basket. You can review it before completing your order.
To complete your order, follow the online purchase procedure, select the payment method, and confirm payment. Having done that, you will receive an email with the confirmation and acceptance of the order.
MOOUI BRASIL SL will supply the products subject to availability.
If the products are available, you will receive an automatic email regarding the preparation of your order and shipping information.
Consequently, if we are unable to supply any of the products included in your order, for any reason, MOOUI BRASIL will proceed to refund the amount you have paid for the unavailable product.
GUARANTEE OF OUR PRODUCTS
Users are aware that the images of the products offered on our website are for illustration purposes only and might present differences from the original.
The pictures, illustrations and descriptions of the products provided on our website www.moouibrasil.com are merely informative and not of a contractual nature.
In the event that an item has a defect or fault during the warranty period of 30 days from receipt of the package, please get in touch with us immediately through the contact form at the bottom of this page so that we can provide you with an adequate solution as soon as possible.
Please note that products from Sale may have small defects and that we cannot guarantee the reimbursement of such item. During sales periods, the discount does not apply to shipping costs and specific coupons might not apply. Equally the discount never applies to prior orders.
All offers are valid while stocks last, and are subject to typographical errors and price changes.
SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday), with the exception of peak periods when shipping may experience delays. This handling takes 3 business days for in-stock items, 6 business days for wallpapers delivering within the EU and 10 business days for wallpapers delivering outside the EU. Please make sure to add this handling time to the delivery time.
Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your package throughout its journey.
If you receive your package damaged or opened, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact our courier company.
Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and many more through Paypal payment gateway.
Our gateway’s security system guarantees the authenticity and confidentiality of the cardholder and prevents unauthorized third parties from obtaining your data.
Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery.
If an error occurs in the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an email to inform you. In this case, the payment will not be processed and your order will be put on hold. You will need to contact the e-mail service to determine the action to be taken with respect to your order.
RETURNS
You have 30 days in which you can return the products you have purchased from the day of receipt of the package. After this period has elapsed, purchasing is considered to have definitively taken place and you are owner of the goods purchased. We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item. For this reason, we suggest you place a new order if you want to buy another product or change the size.
As our wallpapers and wallpanels are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed and we have initiated production. Please also note that no returns will be accepted on sample and sale items.
MOOUI BRASIL will not accept the return of any product that has been used, washed, without a label, damaged or is not in its original packaging. For this reason, we ask you to take care of the product until its return.
When returning a complete order, we will also refund the original paid delivery costs. When returning only a part or an item of your order we will refund just the purchase sum.
If, MOOUI BRASIL has made a mistake regarding your order, we will assume the shipping costs. In this case, please contact us via our contact form at the bottom of this page as soon as possible.
MOOUI BRASIL reserves the right to examine the products carefully before accepting any return. We will only refund products that are in the same condition as when shipped. Your reimbursement will be requested to the same payment method used to place the order within 7 to 14 business days after the parcel is received at our warehouse.

Your personal information is recorded in the MOOUI BRASIL customer file. Your information is used for the assessment, initiation and execution of the delivery contract, to ensure customer relationship which includes updates on your order as well as targetted marketing activities by MOOUI BRASIL, for combatting fraud and for the compliance of legal obligations.
