SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days (Monday – Friday), with the exception of peak periods when shipping may experience delays.

• Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union
are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery.

• Delivery time:
In-stock items: 5 business days.
Wallpapers: 10 business days for wallpapers delivering within the EU and 15 business days for wallpapers delivering outside the EU. Please make sure to add this handling time to the delivery time.

Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your package throughout its journey. 

If you receive your package damaged or opened, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact our courier company.

For purchases made outside the European Union: the minimum amount to avoid being subjected to fees may vary from each country, we recommend you to confirm before placing your order.

Returns

The return period is 30 days from the moment the order is received.

Your reimbursement will be requested to the same payment method used to place the order within 7 to 14 business days after the parcel is received at our warehouse.

Items must be in perfect condition and with the original tags.

We do not issue refunds for products held or returned by the local customs authorities of the destination country.
